The 2012 Designer Showhouse, “Hidden Acres Estate,” is sequestered on 10 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Chestnut Ridge area of Saddle River. The spacious rooms in the 11,000 square foot residence include a living room, woodworked library with fireplace, banquet dining hall, great room with fireplace and wet bar, oversized kitchen with oversized breakfast room, 7 bedrooms, and 6.5 baths. The guesthouse is equipped with a full designer kitchen, full service bar, living room, bedroom, and marble/onyx bath. Approximately 25 top interior and landscape designers from New York and New Jersey will transform this luxurious home into a decorating masterpiece.
