Sarkis and Siran Gabrellian Women’s and Children’s Pavilion The 300,000-square-foot, multi-story Pavilion is home to the Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital, the Donna A. Sanzari Women’s Hospital, and the Mark Messier Skyway for Tomorrows Children. By centralizing maternity and pediatric inpatient services we hope to provide seamless, high quality care to every family in the region. The Pavilion opened in 2006, thanks to a highly successful fundraising campaign led by the HUMC Foundation Board of Trustees.

Audrey Hepburn Children’s House The world’s first Audrey Hepburn Children’s House is a state-designated Regional Diagnostic Center for Child Abuse and Neglect serving northern New Jersey. Opened in 2002, the facility provides a unique private environment which is specifically designed to address all aspects of child maltreatment in a professional yet compassionate manner. The Audrey Hepburn Children’s House was funded by government, private and public donations.

Sarkis & Siran Gabrellian Child Care and Learning Center In 1982, Hackensack University Medical Center opened a child care center for working parents employed by the hospital and The Bergen Record. In 1994, fundraising allowed it to expand and open its doors to the general community as the Sarkis & Siran Gabrellian Child Care and Learning Center, offering programs designed to enhance the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth of young children.
